Overview
Pressure is defined as the ratio of force applied over a given area to that area. The HSIN-6F pneumatic piston dead weight tester employs a highly accurate piston system, which generates the required pressure for measurement by loading weights onto the component. The piston cylinder and rod are fabricated from tungsten carbide, a material known for its minimal pressure deformation and low thermal expansion coefficient. This ensures excellent linearity of the piston’s cross-section, thereby enhancing the instrument’s accuracy.
The HSIN-6F pneumatic piston dead weight tester directly measures pressure using the fundamental definition (P=F/S). The use of high-quality tungsten carbide in the piston system minimizes measurement uncertainty and ensures long-term stability exceeding 5 years.

Featuring patented piston pressure system components with a novel structure, the piston dead weight tester allows for tool-free disassembly, facilitating easy cleaning of the piston system and replacement of seal rings. This design is both convenient and secure.
3. An upgraded intake flow control valve has been added to precisely manage the intake flow, preventing potential damage to the piston system and tested instruments caused by excessive intake volume.
4. The display system has been upgraded to a 3.5-inch touch-sensitive color LCD, capable of showing temperature, humidity, and pressure (convertible between MPa, kPa, psi, bar) in real-time. This upgrade applies to both positive and negative gas pressures (-0.1 to 0.6 MPa).
5. The fine-tuning system outperforms traditional oil pressure regulators, offering easier pressure adjustment without the need for pressure relief or maintenance.
6. Two quick-connect ports(M20×1.5) are provided on the base plate, optionally equipped with stop valves, suitable for sealing tests.
7. Optional table block isolation valves offer maintenance-free operation and ease of use, with handles designed ergonomically for comfortable handling.
8. Constructed from 12mm thick aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel panels, the manometer is robust and stable.
