Overview
HSIN9100 Intelligent temperature & humidity calibrator is an advanced temperature and humidity testing system primarily composed of a PC, a field multi-channel data acquisition host, and high-precision temperature and humidity sensors. This system can be connected to a computer in real-time via an RS232 interface for the assessment of temperature deviation, uniformity, fluctuation, as well as relative humidity deviation, uniformity, and fluctuation in environmental test equipment.
The field multi-channel data acquisition host features a high-performance temperature and humidity data acquisition unit with a 7.0-inch full-touch LCD screen for display and control. It also includes substantial internal memory for data storage, enabling it to operate independently from a computer for on-site temperature and humidity data collection and real-time monitoring. This design fully satisfies customer requirements for measurement accuracy, portability, and ease of use.
HSIN9100 is widely applied in various scenarios such as aviation heat treatment furnaces, muffle furnaces, constant temperature and humidity drying boxes, incubators, cement curing boxes, water baths, refrigerators, cold storage facilities, box resistance furnaces, and high-temperature fixed carbon furnaces. It significantly reduces the workload and labor intensity associated with temperature field detection, standardizes operations, minimizes measurement errors, and facilitates the management of enterprise equipment documentation databases.
Feature
- The data collector utilizes a 7.0-inch color LCD capacitive touchscreen for configuration and real-time data display.
- The system complies with the technical requirements of the national calibration specification JJF1101-2019. It automatically calculates temperature and humidity deviations, uniformity, and fluctuations, generating original records that meet national laboratory accreditation standards. The software provides templates and interfaces for original record creation, verification/calibration certificate modification, and automatic reference compensation and sensor calibration data correction.
- Supports multiple types of thermocouples (S, R, B, J, K, N, E, T) for heat treatment furnace temperature uniformity testing.
- Offers a wide measurement temperature range (dependent on sensor selection), supporting up to 24 four-wire thermal resistors or 24 thermocouples.
- Can simultaneously connect to 4 or 6 channels of imported humidity sensor digital signals, meeting the requirements of JJG205-2005.
- Provides collection accuracy that meets the diverse needs of different customers.
- The software interface is entirely in Chinese, designed to be simple and user-friendly.
